The year 2014 was a very good year for Lekwena and we hope to continue the good fortune through 2015. This year saw the construction of the third house on Lekwena and we are so happy to welcome Nico and Annemarie Nienaber on the Estate. November was an exceptional good month where we sold 7 stands for the month and owners on Lekwena saw capital growth on as much as 20% on the value of their stands for the past year.
We also welcomed a new family of Nyalas on the Estate and we encourage residents and visitors to look out for them.
Some of the highlight of the past couple of months include the following:
- The paving of the roads from Kiepersol and Sunset Creek villages are completed up to the T-junction as well as from the N12 up to the site of the planned Conference Centre and Reception Area.
- Security gates was constructed at the entrance of each village, each with a guard house, solar power and security boom with cameras.
- A weather station for research purposes has been erected by the North West University
From our team at Engel & Völkers Potchefstroom, our heartfelt thanks to Johan and the ALS team, Willem Coetzee, Habiplan, Amori and the members of LEHOA, Gordon & Bonnie, as well as our loyal clients for the contribution to the 2014 successes.
